Harris Arizona, LLC is seeking a General Manager II – Service who will lead multiple service units, shaping strategy and day-to-day operations across locations. You will drive sales growth, customer development, and financial performance while building capable teams.

You will coach leaders, develop talent, and align with the VP of Service to set goals, budgets, and performance standards, delivering consistent service quality and growth. This role offers strategic influence across regional sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in service, mechanical, HVAC, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple business units, develop teams, and drive performance across locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple service business units and set direction for people, customers, financial performance, and daily operations across the division.
• Build strategy, strengthen customer relationships, develop teams, and create consistency across locations.
• Oversee operations across multiple units and locations, maintaining standards and performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews, seeking efficiency gains.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, partnering with Human Capital on hiring and development.
• Collaborate with other service leaders to share best practices and strengthen the service organization.

Job Description: The Purpose of Your Role as a General Manager II – Service + BA You'll lead multiple service business units, helping set the direction for the people, customers, financial performance, and day to day operations across the division. With responsibility for a combined business of approximately $5M to $10M in revenue, you'll have a direct impact on how the organization grows and performs. This position works closely with the VP of Service and other General Managers to build strategy, strengthen customer relationships, develop teams, and create consistency across locations.

The General Manager II will have a broad view of the business, balancing growth, financial performance, operations, and people leadership. Set business goals and strategies while helping drive sales, business development, and new customer opportunities Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for new and repeat work Oversee operations across multiple business units and locations, helping maintain consistent standards and performance Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results Recruit, develop, and mentor team members while partnering with Human Capital on hiring, performance, and employee development Work with other service leaders and General Managers to share best practices, support other divisions, and strengthen the overall service organization You'll have the opportunity to shape how the business operates while developing leaders and building teams that can support continued growth.

8+ years of leadership experience in service, mechanical, HVAC, or a related environment Proven ability to lead multiple business units, develop teams, and drive performance across locations Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems and how they operate Track record of business development, sales, customer relationship building, and financial management Ability to coach leaders, develop talent, and bring teams together around shared goals Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required, MBA preferred

Pay Range: $155,800.00 - $225,910.00 The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
