Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Manager to lead the Office Property Management team in Nashville, overseeing a Class A portfolio and delivering exceptional client and tenant service.

You will drive budgets, financial reporting, and capital projects while developing staff and ensuring strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors. The role requires strategic leadership and a proactive, tech-savvy mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience including recent office/retail/industrial/healthcare management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
• Real estate license preferred and must be obtained if not already held.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients.
• Tech-minded and able to leverage technology to drive performance.
• Proven track record of results with ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the GM team and deliver outstanding service to clients and tenants.
• Oversee a Class A office portfolio, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage TI or capital improvement projects.
• Develop staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance team.
• Communicate effectively with building owners, tenants, and vendors to maintain strong relationships.
