Job summary

HeadPinz & FastTrax Entertainment Centers is seeking a General Manager to lead the operations across all locations. You will be responsible for safety enforcement, regulatory compliance, alcohol service oversight, risk mitigation, and end-to-end operational control to deliver exceptional guest experiences and solid financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-unit operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing safety programs, compliance standards, and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol service laws, workplace safety, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company safety policies and operational standards across all locations.
• Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and health/alcohol laws.
• Direct daily operations across Guest Services, Attractions, Food & Beverage, GameZone, and Facility Maintenance.
• Maintain accountability for responsible alcohol service and enforce current certifications.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff in line with policies and labor laws.
• Manage budgets, labor controls, and departmental expenses while driving revenue.
