Family Entertainment Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume location, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance. You will oversee daily operations across games, food & beverage, and retail, mentor a diverse team, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, theme park, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership, labor management, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail.
• Monitor game uptime, equipment functionality, and tech team performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment meeting OSHA/ADA/local codes.
• Analyze guest feedback and mystery shop results to improve service.
• Oversee inventory, vendor performance, and preventive maintenance.
