The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit management in entertainment or hospitality, strong leadership, and expertise in alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or multi-unit operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety regulations.
• Experience managing safety programs and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance across all locations.
• Direct daily operations across Guest Services, Attractions, F&B, GameZone, and Maintenance.
• Oversee alcohol service, certifications, and incident handling.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff per policy and labor laws.
• Manage budgets, labor controls, and departmental expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
