Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs, compliance standards, and large team management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with alcohol service oversight and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, compliance, and risk management across all locations.
• Direct daily operations across departments including Guest Services, Attractions, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision to ensure safe guest flow.
• Manage budgets, labor controls, and departmental expenses while driving revenue.
• Enforce SOPs, training programs, and policy adherence across teams.
