Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a location, drive guest experience, operational excellence, and strong team leadership. The GM will model a culture of fun, service, and accountability while managing daily games, attractions, F&B, and retail operations.

The role requires ownership of location results, safety compliance, staff development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, theme park, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership and labor management.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems, POS, inventory tools, Microsoft Office, and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail.
• Champion Optimal Player Conditions by monitoring game uptime, equipment functionality, and tech team performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment that meets OSHA/ADA/local codes.
• Analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and mystery shop results to elevate service.
• Oversee inventory, vendor performance, and preventative maintenance routines.
• Lead weekly leadership team meetings, daily huddles, and regular 1:1s.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech, Facilities, Marketing to address site needs.
• Drive foot traffic and revenue through local marketing activations.
