Qualifications

• 12+ years of manufacturing experience with profit and loss responsibilities.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading senior managers and multiple departments.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field; professional certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain profitability.
• Develop and manage the operating plan to meet financial objectives with projections.
• Establish pricing strategies by analyzing costs and market conditions.
• Partner with operations, marketing and distribution to optimize launches and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure standard processes are followed.
• Assess and manage risk in contracts, facilities, bids, distributors, etc.
• Communicate goals and align objectives across the organization.
• Mentor and develop managers; build succession plans.
• Lead with a positive mindset and motivate employees.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
