Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in manufacturing, supervision experience, and a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5–8 years manufacturing experience, food/beverage preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of supervisors and production staff to meet orders and cost targets while upholding safety and quality.
• Analyze operations and metrics to improve quality, safety and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all operational activities.
• Report deficiencies to plant leadership and resolve issues.
• Assist in safety program development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct department meetings to communicate policies and plans.
• Prepare for plant inspections by authorized agencies.
• Monitor inventory and approve purchases as appropriate.
• Prepare reports for management review.
• Manage employees: recruitment, scheduling, evaluation, and discipline.
• Maintain positive employee relations and effective shift communication.
• Maintain safe working conditions and health/safety compliance.
• Follow GMPs and food safety/ sanitation standards.
• Other duties as required.
