Job summary

Related Management Company is seeking a Senior General Manager for 400 Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, to lead all day-to-day operations of a premier residential community. You will oversee leasing, resident services, compliance, maintenance, and administration while guiding a high-performing on-site team and partnering with regional leaders to drive performance.

The role requires strong financial acumen, expertise in LIHTC/HUD programs, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional resident

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive property management leadership experience
Experience leading on-site teams at large luxury residential communities
Strong knowledge of property financials, budgeting, revenue, and occupancy management

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident services, compliance, maintenance, and administration
Lead, coach, and develop the on-site team creating a culture of accountability and exceptional service
Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, reporting, and vendor/contract management
