Qualifications

• Seven plus years in residential or multifamily operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and vendor performance.
• Expertise in maximizing rents and asset performance through hospitality-driven management.
• Experience developing toolkits, policies, and standardized service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Living Management across multifamily and mixed-use properties.
• Drive premium rent strategies, occupancy, and premium resident experiences.
• Oversee policies and standards for monetization of amenities and services.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery quality.
• Lead data-driven pricing, retention, and service investment decisions.
• Mentor property and community managers to grow revenue and reduce vacancy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resident experience with business goals.
• Represent Hines in resident forums and industry platforms.
