Delaware North's Patina Group seeks an Executive Sous Chef to join the opening leadership team at Hundredfold Atlanta, launching Fall 2026 at The Battery Atlanta. Lead, mentor, and develop a culinary team while delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The role focuses on overseeing high-volume operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and driving menu innovation in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong leadership and hospitality excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience in a quality, high-volume operation.
• Strong skills in high-volume cooking, food presentation, and recipe adherence.
• Knowledge of cost monitoring, menu development, costing, inventory, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily supervision and production across operations and events.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse kitchen team.
• Oversee budget, food and labor costs, staffing levels, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate on menu design and recipe development with the culinary team.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen compliant with health regulations.
