Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a Senior Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team. This 100% in-office role can be based in Omaha, NE, Richmond, VA, Albany, NY, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, or New York City, NY.

The role involves adjudicating complex claims nationwide with oversight from a regional manager. We require at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and active licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years adjudicating both CG liability and WC claims in specified jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations or additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Must be licensed in AL, FL, GA, NC, NY, KY, and SC or able to obtain within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity and workers’ compensation claims.
• Provide superior claims outcomes and build strong client relationships.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly; report trends to management.
