Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a Senior Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team. This 100% in-office role supports adjudicating CG liability and WC claims across multiple jurisdictions, with duties reporting to a manager in Rockwood, PA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of claims experience, appropriate state licenses or ability to obtain quickly, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Five years’ experience adjudicating CG liability and workers’ comp claims in specified jurisdictions.
• License in AL, FL, GA, NC, NY, KY, and SC or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex CG liability and workers’ comp claims.
• Provide superior claims outcomes and build lasting client relationships.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly; review policies and endorsements.
