Argo Group is seeking a Senior Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team. This 100% in-office role supports adjudication across multiple jurisdictions and requires license readiness within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity and workers’ compensation claims and commercial general liability claims.
• Provide superior claims outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly and prepare coverage letters.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce claims frequency and severity.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and communicate findings to management.
