Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve high-exposure general liability claims.
• Partner with TPA to ensure timely, consistent, and effective claim handling.
• Assess liability, exposure, litigation risk, and business impact to develop resolution strategies.
• Provide claims expertise and consultation across departments; identify loss trends.
• Evaluate subrogation potential.
• Maintain comprehensive claim files and ensure compliance with handling protocols.
• Represent the risk management claims team on inter-departmental working groups.
