• Extensive experience managing or overseeing primary/excess casualty claims.
• Superior litigation management and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Law degree preferred; corporate risk background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages an active inventory of general liability claims across the U.S.
• Performs coverage analysis, investigation, and reserve evaluation.
• Leads settlement negotiations and disposition for cost-effective outcomes.
• Delivers high-quality claim information to management, underwriters and reinsurers.
• Cultivates relationships with profit centers and stakeholders.
