7-Eleven is seeking a Casualty Claims Consultant to oversee General Liability Bodily Injury claims and guide the TPA to high-quality outcomes. You will work with in-house and defense counsel to manage complex matters and support incident investigations across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with insurers and internal partners to reduce risk and ensure timely, cost-effective results, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of General Liability Bodily Injury claims experience, preferably in retail or high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective negotiation capabilities with proven experience resolving complex claims.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPA performance and claims handling for General Liability Bodily Injury.
• Monitor reserves, payments, and trends; improve outcomes and reduce cost of risk.
• Conduct reviews, audits, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and service.
• Manage high-severity or litigated claims with internal and external counsel.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and fraud detection efforts.
• Collaborate with insurers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders across departments.
