Job summary

EY is seeking a General Ledger / Accounts Payable Senior Associate to support day-to-day GL and AP operations in a US G&I finance environment. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with period-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Role requires collaboration across finance teams, adherence to GAAP, FAR, CAS, and internal EY policies. Experience with Costpoint and MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of related accounting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Deltek Costpoint experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and expense reports.
• Reconcile balances and support audits.
• Support period-end close activities and GAAP compliance.
