Responsibilities

• Lead the litigation department and direct strategy.
• Manage outside counsel and review invoices.
• Represent the company in employment law matters.
• Oversee internal investigations and government inquiries.
• Coordinate with business partners and operations counsel.
• Provide strategic risk analyses and settlements.
