Elevance Health is seeking an Associate General Counsel - Litigation to oversee defensive and affirmative litigation for health plans, handle internal investigations, and advise on risk and strategy alongside business teams and outside counsel.

The role requires a JD and active license, with 9+ years in industry or equivalent background; strong health-law knowledge and experience managing litigation and investigations are preferred. Hybrid/onsite work with stated salary range.

Competenze

• Requires a JD, current license to practice law, and a minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience managing outside counsel strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of health law issues and the health industry preferred.
• Experience working with business leaders preferred.
• Experience managing litigation and investigations preferred.
