Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in good standing in Indiana.
• Significant experience handling complex litigation, including medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, or professional liability.
• Experience managing government investigations, regulatory matters, and administrative proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation strategy for medical malpractice and professional liability matters from start to resolution.
• Manage responses to government investigations, regulatory matters, and administrative proceedings.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to operational, clinical, risk management, and executive teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the legal department.
