Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active licensure to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience, with substantial litigation focus.
• Experience leading attorneys, external counsel, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for significant litigation, claims, and disputes involving products and operations.
• Assess liability, damages, posture and provide actionable recommendations balancing exposure and business needs.
• Manage matters from investigation through discovery, motions, settlement, trial prep, and appeal.
• Provide leadership for the Claims function and establish governance for intake, evaluation, and resolution.
• Direct outside counsel and experts, set budgets, reporting, and accountability.
• Partner with functions to translate litigation risk into product safety, compliance, and enterprise actions.
