Qualifications

• 15+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years as General Counsel or Head of Legal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief legal advisor to the CEO and board.
• Lead and manage all legal matters including contracts and compliance.
• Develop and implement a compliance program.
