A prominent tech firm is seeking a General Counsel who will serve as the chief legal advisor, leading all legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions across the organization. This role involves oversight of commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and managing legal risks, while providing proactive counsel to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive legal experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to guide internal legal teams effectively. Weekly travel to the Ojai office is required.

Competenze

• 10+ years of in-house or law firm experience in commercial contracting and corporate governance.
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Ability to interpret complex legal frameworks and collaborate across departments.
