VP Racing Fuels seeks a General Counsel to serve as its chief legal advisor and strategic business partner across growth, acquisitions, and operations.

You will personally handle core legal work, manage outside counsel, and ensure compliance in a fast-moving, cross-border environment. The role collaborates with the executive leadership to shape strategy and protect the company's interests globally.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing.
• At least 10 years of progressive legal experience, including substantial in-house work.
• Experience leading M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
• Experience with regulated industries, compliance programs, and cross-border matters.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and advisory skills at the executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures from diligence to closing.
• Partner with executives to translate business goals into legal strategies.
• Guide regulatory and operational compliance across fuels and chemicals.
• Structure cross-border transactions and international licensing.
• Draft and negotiate customer, supplier, and distribution agreements.
• Advise on governance, policies, and enterprise risk controls.
• Direct litigation, investigations, and incident response.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage legal budget and tools.
