Job summary

PACCAR Leasing Company is seeking a General Accounting Manager to lead the U.S. and Canada accounting functions, supervise a team of three accountants, and ensure timely financial statements. You will coordinate quarterly reporting to corporate, support external audits, and strengthen internal controls.

Drive process improvements using AI and data analytics, and collaborate with Treasury, Tax, and other accounting teams to support SEC filings and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Accounting degree with 7+ years accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience required; CPA/Masters preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a staff of three accountants.
• Manage day-to-day and month-end accounting for U.S. and Canada.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Review journal entries, GL reconciliations and variances.
• Coordinate quarterly reporting to corporate and auditors.
• Support internal controls testing and audits.
