Job summary

Provectus is seeking an experienced software engineer to embed with clients and deploy Claude+AWS production systems in regulated environments. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery from problem framing to production, collaborating with senior stakeholders and a Claude‑certified team.

You’ll work across financial services and healthcare, leveraging blueprints and open‑source tooling, while navigating an embedded, client‑team model. The role offers on‑site NYC visits and a dynamic growth path.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for.
• Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; learn quickly.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos or notebooks.
• You evaluate metrics for non‑deterministic systems and explain what you measured.
• Strong fundamentals; can contribute in Python and/or TypeScript; depth matters more than stack.

Responsibilities

• Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat and rebuild the function with the client.
• Be part of the customer’s team and own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus Blueprints and field learnings to deploy real systems.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Shape how enterprises adopt AI from strategy through initial deployment.
