Job summary

Provectus is seeking an experienced engineer to embed with clients, learn their constraints, and ship production Claude+AWS solutions in regulated industries. You will join a Claude-certified team, own entire implementations from framing to production, and work on real deployments rather than slides.

You’ll work across Finance and Healthcare AI programs, with direct client exposure, field-built Blueprints, and opportunities to contribute to OSS and conference talks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with production code you were accountable for.
• Able to quickly learn unfamiliar business functions and become conversant.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not just demos.
• Built or owned an eval suite for non-deterministic systems and can explain measurements.
• Strong fundamentals; productive in unfamiliar codebases; comfortable with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Pre-sales experience; credible with senior stakeholders; capable of redesign conversations.

Responsibilities

• Spend early weeks in the operator’s seat to learn constraints and build alongside the client.
• Be part of the customer’s team and own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus Blueprints as baseline in engagements.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Help shape how enterprises adopt AI from strategy to first deployment.
