Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a Generative AI Senior Delivery Lead to translate AI strategy into production-ready capabilities across our controls platform. You will lead end-to-end GenAI and agentic projects, manage a cross-functional team of AI engineers, and ensure delivery on time, with strong governance and security practices.

The role requires deep expertise in foundation models, LLMs, context engineering, RAG, and MLOps, with hands-on experience deploying scalable solutions in cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in Generative AI (including agentic AI).
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure related to AI/GenAI.

Responsibilities

• GenAI Delivery Leadership: Create and execute the delivery roadmap for GenAI projects from ideation to deployment.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team.
• End-to-End Solution Delivery: Oversee design, development, and deployment of GenAI apps.
• Agentic Solution Delivery: Drive agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Stakeholder & Program Management: Manage expectations and ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Data Mesh, Cloud, MLOps, and business units.
• Technical Excellence & Best Practices: Promote CI/CD, LLMOps, and observability.
• Governance & Ethical Deployment: Enforce governance and guardrails for ethical AI use.
