Job summary

Citi is seeking a results-driven Generative AI practitioner to lead end-to-end GenAI and agentic AI deployments on the Controls Technology platform in Irving, TX. You will translate AI strategy into production-ready capabilities, working with foundation models and multi-agent systems, while ensuring governance and security.

The role demands deep technical fluency in Python, modern AI stacks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps, with leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 8+ years of AI/ML experience, 3+ years in Generative AI.
• 5+ years in leadership managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI and agentic AI delivery across enterprise platform.
• Mentor AI engineers and drive execution culture.
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, and deployment of GenAI apps.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance in deployments.
