Job summary

Citi seeks a GenAI Tech Senior Lead – SVP (Hybrid) to translate AI strategy into production-ready capabilities across enterprise Controls Technology. You will own delivery of GenAI/agentic projects, leading a team of AI engineers and collaborating with Data Mesh, Cloud Architecture, and MLOps to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes production-ready GenAI, end-to-end delivery, and governance with guardrails, in a hybrid environment across Tampa, FL and Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Data Science/AI.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 6+ years in AI/ML with at least 3 years in Generative AI.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure for AI/GenAI.
• Strong portfolio of AI solutions deployed to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI delivery and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, and deployment of GenAI/agentic apps.
• Drive agentic workflows and multi-agent systems with governance and standards.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
