Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to advance GenAI and enterprise-grade AI applications within our Controls Technology teams.

You will collaborate with senior developers, AI architects, and business stakeholders to design robust RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and multi-agent workflows, deploying production-grade GenAI solutions that improve operational integrity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software/AI development with GenAI exposure.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate generative AI applications using pre-trained and hosted foundation models.
• Design and implement context engineering workflows with prompts, memory, and task metadata.
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with embedding and hybrid search.
• Assist with building knowledge graphs and Graph RAG pipelines for multi-hop reasoning.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy AI solutions in production environments.
