Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) with a strong emphasis on Google Cloud Platform. You will support delivery teams, engage with clients, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

The role involves architecting AI agents, CCaaS implementations, and integration within client environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technology transformation focused on Conversational AI and cloud CCaaS, plus 5+ years in contact

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technology transformation experience with Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with contact center technologies and AI agent building.
• 5+ years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global contact center solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
