Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ relevant work experience with direct client contact.
• OR combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years’ relevant client contact
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, advising on design and administration of trust accounts.
• Support senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and client meetings.
• Be the primary client contact and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with internal and external service partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain industry knowledge and ensure adherence to corporate policies and controls.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to assigned team members.
