Job summary

You will partner with senior managers, manage daily client requests, and coordinate with partners to ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of client contact experience.
• Alternate: combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 1 year client contact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, advising on design and administration of institutional and/or corporate trust accounts.
• Assist senior account representatives in revenue activities and prepare documents for meetings.
• Maintain primary client contact, address inquiries, and fulfill client service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to resolve issues and manage risk.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and adhere to corporate policies and controls.
