Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across finance, HR, procure­ment, and technology. You will design operating models, shape future-state processes, and drive transformation programs with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

You will also contribute to practice development, pursue market opportunities, and mentor team members while delivering exceptional client service in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree and ~7 years of related work experience (ideally).
• Experience in finance transformation and ERP implementations is a plus.
• Experience leading large advisory engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients in GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and interact with C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver sector-focused GBS and outsourcing offerings.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and capability building.
• Mentor team members and support recruitment and capability development.
