EY is recruiting a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients design and optimize GBS operating models across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology. The role leads multi-process transformation programs, engages with C-suite stakeholders, and shapes sector-focused offerings within a collaborative, hybrid EY environment.

You will mentor teams, drive client value, and contribute to go-to-market strategies while advancing thought leadership and global delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of advisory experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services, or ERP implementations.
• Experience leading large teams and programs.
• Ability to manage engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with executive-level interaction and sales activities.
• Direct cross-functional consulting teams across GBS transformations.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and capabilities.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
