Job summary

Wyman Gordon, part of Precision Castparts, is seeking a Level Four maintenance technician in Dillon, SC. This role requires expert ability to repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.

You will mentor junior technicians and coordinate with production to prioritize downtime and repairs. Expectations include reading advanced prints, following process documents, and safely operating overhead cranes and related equipment in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience; prior military experience; or technical certification/degree required.
• GED or High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines (PPE).
• Interpret work orders accurately and follow instructions.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
• Perform all levels of equipment repair and maintenance.
• Prioritize repairs in coordination with production.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of equipment.
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and program microprocessor-based instruments.
• Dismantle and inspect production equipment as required.
• Interface with vendors and contractors for repairs and facilities.
