Precision Castparts Corp. in Dillon, South Carolina is seeking an experienced Level Four maintenance technician. The role requires expert troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and leadership to mentor junior technicians in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include advanced repairs, coordination with production, and implementing 6S and safety practices in a demanding indoor/outdoor environment.

Formación

• Basic English language skills and the ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced technical knowledge of controls and interfaces.
• The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - advanced computer skills
• The ability to read and interpret work instructions and advanced prints and dimensions

Responsabilidades

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Correctly interpret work orders...
• Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
• Perform all levels of equipment repair.
• Work with production to prioritize repairs.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting.
• Install, calibrate, trouble shoot, and program microprocessor based instruments.
• Dismantle and inspect production equipment as needed.
• Interface with vendors and contractors (equipment repairs, facilities, etc.)
• Provide leadership and training to level one, two and three maintenance technicians.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform daily housekeeping / 6S activities as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
