Location Profile:

Position Summary:

Level Four: Level 4 maintenance technicians work with little to no supervision. Is able to perform all levels of repair and maintenance; expert in troubleshooting any mechanical repair or rebuild, expert in electrical and electronic diagnostic as well as repair and rebuild. Able to fix all types of equipment in the facility, expert in all facility repairs issues. Leader in maintenance department able to mentor, train and lead other maintenance team members. Typically, 10+ years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.


• Correctly interpret work orders…

• Perform all levels of equipment repair.

• Performs advanced troubleshooting.

Working Conditions:

• Constant exposure to indoor / outdoor manufacturing environment


• Constant exposure to moderate noise


• Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes, odors, hot / cold temperatures, inside / outside noise vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds on a repetitive basis.


• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist and work at heights on an intermittent basis for up to twelve (12) hours.


• Requires hand manipulation including simple grasping, pushing and pulling of materials.


• Must be able to safety operate an overhead crane, boom lift and manlift.


• Must be able to reach and work above and below the shoulder level.


• Must be able to work with and around forklifts and hazardous machinery.


• Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment, including a respirator.


• Visual acuity skill to detect any flaws in the parts being inspected.
