Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction with leadership.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project delivery, cost estimating, schedule development, and project risk management for gas generation projects.
• Experience in major equipment and EPC/EPCM contract procurement including bid preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity in early-stage development programs.
• Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders including executive management and public officials.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of select projects to ensure timely completion and cost effective results.
• Lead E&C's participation in gas project technology and commercial due diligence, evaluating commitments and interconnection requirements.
• Identify and document E&C-specific risks, including balance-of-plant configuration, supply chain, and site constraints.
• Provide input into OEM and contractor meetings, site visits, and technology assessments to ensure construction perspectives.
• Coordinate with E&C SMEs to evaluate balance-of-plant and interconnection requirements.
• Lead technology reviews, capital estimates and project schedule development across active gas projects.
• Maintain a Risk Register tracking scope, schedule, cost, and constructability risks.
• Coordinate E&C SME resources for site configuration reviews and risk assessments.
• Lead E&C's participation in commercial offtake negotiations, site permitting, and interconnection processes.
• Partner with Integrated Supply Chain on procurement support activities and bid evaluation for major equipment and EPC/EPCM scopes.
• Lead bid evaluation, contract negotiation and risk-based scope alignment.
• Develop schedules, cost benchmarking, cashflow modeling, and risk-adjusted cost positioning.
• Maintain and report on the E&C gas project risk register for leadership visibility.
• Support process improvement within E&C project development workflows.
