The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of garage claims experience, strong knowledge of commercial garage liability coverage and related exposures, and active adjuster licensing as required; the role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Garage claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial Garage Liability coverage.
• Experience handling complex third-party liability claims.
• Current adjuster licensing as required by jurisdictions.
• Experience managing attorney-represented and litigated matters.
• Understanding of coverage analysis, liability investigation, reserving, damages, and settlement strategy.
• Experience directing defense counsel and participating in litigation strategy.
• Ability to independently identify and evaluate coverage issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Garage Liability claims from initial assignment through final resolution.
• Investigate and evaluate third-party liability claims for commercial garage operations.
• Interpret garage coverage forms, endorsements, exclusions, and limits.
• Identify complex coverage issues and determine claims strategy.
• Evaluate liability, damages, exposure, and settlement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves throughout the life of the claim.
• Manage litigated claims and collaborate with defense counsel on case strategy.
