Qualifications

Our client, a leading insurance organization is looking to add an experienced Senior Garage Liability Claims Specialist to manage complex commercial garage claims and serve as a technical resource for challenging coverage and litigation matters. The ideal candidate brings significant hands-on Garage claims experience and can independently evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and litigation strategy from initial assignment through resolution. This person will have the ability to work hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex Garage Liability claims from initial assignment through final resolution.
• Investigate and evaluate third-party liability claims involving commercial garage operations and related exposures.
• Interpret garage coverage forms, policy provisions, endorsements, exclusions, and applicable limits.
• Identify and analyze complex or disputed coverage issues and determine appropriate claims strategy.
• Evaluate liability, damages, exposure, and potential settlement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves throughout the life of the claim.
• Manage litigated claims and collaborate with defense counsel on case strategy, discovery, expert involvement, mediation, and settlement.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of Garage claims experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial Garage Liability coverage and related exposures.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex third-party liability claims.
• Current adjuster licensing as required by assigned jurisdictions.
• Significant experience managing attorney-represented and litigated matters.

• $105,000 to $125,000+ Annual based salary (depending on experience)
