JCW Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Garage Liability Claims Adjuster to support a leading specialty property and casualty insurer on a temporary contract basis.

You will manage complex Garage Liability bodily injury claims from investigation through negotiation and resolution, independently handling claims and coordinating with counsel and experts to drive favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Garage Liability bodily injury claims or Auto Liability bodily injury claims
• Active claims adjuster licenses as required
• Strong technical claims background with excellent negotiation skills

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurance organization seeking an experienced Commercial Garage Liability Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment.

This role provides the opportunity to manage complex commercial casualty bodily injury claims, including Garage Liability exposures, with responsibility for independently handling claims from initial investigation through litigation, negotiation, and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical claims background, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing complex casualty or General Liability bodily injury claims.
