Supreme Garage Door is seeking a Senior Garage Door Service & Sales Technician who will diagnose complex mechanical issues, perform premium repairs, and present high-end upgrade options to homeowners. As you demonstrate mastery, you will move into the Field Manager/Trainer track, coaching technicians, leading on-site training, and setting the standard of excellence as SGD expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years garage door experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years demonstrated success in consultative upselling, in-home quoting, and closing service repair options.
• Ability to lift 80-100 lbs and use ladders safely.
• Proficient with mobile tablets, field service dispatch software, and digital payments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical/electrical garage door issues and perform precise repairs.
• Present and close premium parts, rebuilds, high-end openers, and full door replacements.
• Maintain clean, safe, and inventoried service truck; manage work orders and invoices.
• Provide in-field leadership: coaching, escalation handling, and quality audits as you transition to Field Manager/Trainer track.
