Job summary

Supreme Garage Door is seeking a Senior Garage Door Service & Sales Technician on a promotional track to Field Manager. You will diagnose systems, perform precision repairs, and present premium repair and upgrade options to homeowners.

The role starts on the front lines and transitions into leadership, coaching technicians and leading on-site field training as SGD expands into multiple markets. Expect high earning potential with aggressive commissions and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years garage door experience; residential/commercial service.
• 3-5 years in consultative upselling, in-home quoting, and closing service repair options.
• Ability to safely lift 80-100 lbs and work from ladders.
• Proficient with mobile tablets, field service dispatch software, and digital payments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical/electrical failures in residential/commercial garage door systems and perform high-quality repairs and safety overhauls.
• Present premium repair/upgrade options with clear, customer-focused explanations and close high-margin jobs.
• Maintain organized service truck, accurate work orders and invoices in dispatch software, and communicate with dispatch and management.
