Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with compliance experience.
• Experience managing tribal gaming regulatory processes preferred.
• Criminal background check and drug testing required.
• Knowledge of NI Gaming Commission standards helpful.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all actions.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance rules for tribal/state gaming regulations.
• Interpret and enforce compliance under Compact, IGRA, NIGC, and tribal ordinances.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee licensing for associates and vendors; assist with waiver processes.
• Coordinate background investigations and reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Support regulatory needs for associated cannabis operations where applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect Native American culture.
