Job summary

Delaware North Gaming at Gate City Casino in Nashua, NH seeks a Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory adherence, oversee AML/Title 31 obligations, and promote a culture of compliance across departments. The role focuses on strengthening operational integrity within the gaming environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for a degree.
2+ years of compliance experience required, casino experience preferred.
Strong understanding of AML and Title 31.
Ability to operationalize gaming regulations and meet requirements.
Proficient in data analysis across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance training, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training
Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review findings
Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as primary contact for state regulators
Update and maintain internal controls, policies and procedures for the unit
Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit
