The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe is seeking a Compliance/Regulatory Inspector to monitor gaming operations for IGRA compliance, NIGC regulations, and tribal/state compacts. The role involves reviewing logs, reports, licenses, and vendor interactions while coordinating with state inspectors to ensure regulatory integrity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in gaming regulation or related fields, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and internal control standards preferred.
• Experience analyzing regulatory compliance and preparing investigative reports.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the Casino’s compliance with regulations and deter cheating, fraud, and noncompliance.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up on reported incidents.
• Review logs, incident reports, licenses, and audits for irregularities.
• Escort regulatory personnel during inspections and gather evidence for investigations.
• Maintain professional relationships with Casino management and recommend compliant solutions.
• Ensure safety and security by monitoring physical and procedural controls.
